We arrived home from our spring vacation last night. Though I was sorry to say goodbye to dear ones and to beautiful Michigan, it feels good to be back home again. In our ten day absence, daylight savings time kicked in, the Spring Equinox occurred, our kittens grew to be enormous, and the lime green and blossoming of spring visited Austin. What a luxury to sleep in my own bed again, and to make waffles in my own kitchen!
First thing this morning, after I dropped my daughters off at school, I drove to Lady Bird Lake and walked along the trails, looking for signs of spring. Here is a collage of what I found.
Now, I'm off to unpack and settle back into our habits and routine. I hope the change of seasons is brightening your days!
With love, Tracy

The most beautiful place in Austin Texas. I dare say that when you look at it, you feel that you are in England.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful. This place inspired my kitchen remodeling nyc design. Thanks so much for posting.
